Escaping the chilly wind from Europe

In February I was cutting the grass and planting out tubs of primroses, and came quite close to switching to my summer wardrobe. Thank goodness common sense and lack of time prevailed, because now the t-shirts and shorts are still folded up on the top shelf whilst the woollies are out in force. While I huddle by the fire trying to escape the bashing from what must be Storm Brexit, the horses are back in rugs, the sheep are crossing their legs and willing their lambs to stay where they are, and even the dogs have to be pulled round their walk.

Calmer times must lie ahead - at least on the weather front, and with Easter being so late surely the sun will be shining and we can all get out and feel it on our faces again. Aha, I hear you say! Let's go to Norfolk, with its unspoilt coastlines, wildlife parks and historic buildings. Couldn't have put it better myself - and funnily enough, we have a great holiday let for you to stay in!

Owl Barn is a cosy space for three people and is a great place to base yourself while you potter about in our lovely county. It's also ideal to use as a base while you visit family (grandparents particularly enjoy being able to 'go home' at the end of the day). Treat yourself to a Spring break, and recover from the ravishes of winter. You might even be able to bring your summer wardrobe.
